On April 15th, our amazing 6th graders, and a group of 7th and 8th graders, had the fantastic opportunity to listen and ask questions with the talented author, Dusti Bowling in Summit's Media Center! The students were absolutely captivated by the real-life stories that inspired her writing. They were also thrilled to learn about life in the desert and the unique animals Dusti has at her home. What a great experience!

Summit students will have the opportunity to vote each week to determine which books advance to the next round! Will your favorite make the cut?

Summit students enjoyed meeting New York Times best-selling author, Jennifer Nielsen. Many of our students visited with the author and got their Jennifer Nielsen books autographed.
