My name is Susan Contreras. I have been a teacher since 1996. I have taught elementary, middle school, Gifted and Talented, and now I get the joy of being the Librarian at Russell Dougherty. My three children are grown and married and I am Grandma to four amazing humans. In my free time I show dogs (Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Miniature Longhaired Dachshunds), read, and craft. My husband of 40 years supports me in my crazy pursuits and will often been seen at RD helping out in the Library and with Robotics.
