Hello! My Name is Paige Arter and this will be my 5th year at RD! I graduated from Oklahoma Christian University in 2019 and got to start my career here and have loved every minute! I grew up in Edmond and even attended RD in 5th grade! In my freetime I love to read, spend time with my friends and family, bake, and watch OU football games! Second grade is the best and I cannot wait to share the year with you!

My name is Sarah Starr. I grew up in Edmond and graduated from UCO with an Early Childhood Degree. My entire 18 year career of teaching has been here at Russell Dougherty Elementary. Teaching is in my blood because I come from a family of educators. In my free time I love reading, yoga, water coloring and spending time with my husband, Roman and my daughters, Ella and Emmy.
