It's Mealtime Monday, Dolphins!
What better way to wind down than to take time out to enjoy dinner with your people? For today's BINGO square, find a moment at some point this week to share a meal with your family!
Ramen🍜, pasta🍝, kabobs🍗, strawberry shortcake🍓- it doesn't matter what you eat, so long as you take a moment to sit back, relax, and enjoy some quality time with people you love!
From our table to yours, we love you, and we hope you have a great week!

🐬Happy Friday, Dolphins!🐬
Today's BINGO photo op would make for a great excuse to knock out one (or maybe even two) tasks on your Summer Reading BINGO board!
Your weekend task is to get a picture with a furry friend! Don't have your own? Get a little creative with this one! You might observe furry friends in nature🦌, see them at the zoo🦁, or even read about them in a book📖!
If you want to extend your photo into a "Ms. Ashcraftable" kind of activity, read to your furry friend and/or write a short story from your furry friend's perspective!
We can't wait to see all of our furry little friends in the comments! 🐶😺❤️

It's Well-Wish Wednesday, everyone! And this round of well-wishes comes from our kindergarten team! 💜
Kindergarten is one of the most unique years in a student's educational journey because it's the first year that EVERYONE has access to public education! As you can imagine, there is A TON of growth to be seen in our kinder kiddos over the course of just a short academic year - there is truly nothing quite like watching a student start to unlock their unlimited potential (not only academically, but socially, as well)!
If you're looking forward to K-Start this August, raise your hand 🖐️! And rest assured, your soon-to-be kinder kiddo is in the very best hands around - our team is second to none!
Also, please give a shoutout and a warm welcome to new Dolphin faculty member, Miss Tori Appleton! We were lucky enough to scoop Miss Appleton up as she was fulfilling a long-term substitute position in our building this past year. We're so excited to have her in our Dolphin family! 🐬
As always, from all of our faculty and staff at A.D., we love you, and we're wishing you well! 💜🐬

It's a twofer Monday, and we're hoping that some of your 📚book📚 choices from this weekend will lead you to an easy book review for Summer Social BINGO and Library BINGO!
A HUGE shoutout to Ms. Stout who provided TWO book reviews - one for our little Dolphins and one for our older dolphins! View her video version here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bvrnS-RAu_bK6fSkKadmrS7ErNTy6Wsz/view?usp=sharing
Here are some tips for producing your own book review:
✔️Mention the title and author of your chosen book!
✔️Briefly describe the plot of your chosen book!
✔️Consider which audience would be ideal for your chosen book!
✔️Think about what makes your chosen book fun and engaging for its particular audience! ✔️Give your chosen book a star rating!
Bonus points to any of our Dolphins working on reading that Sequoyah list! If you haven't already, check out the masterlist here: https://www.oklibs.org/page/Childrens_Sequoyah_Masterlist_2025
Have a great week, Dolphins! We 💜 you!

💜📚🐬Not only is it Friday, but it's also a twofer BINGO day to start your weekend off right!
Your weekend goal is to find a new book series, and start reading the first book!
But what if you're like us, and you don't even know where to start looking?
The Metropolitan Library System Librarians KNOW THEIR STUFF, and they can point you in any and all directions when it comes to what might fit your interests, what all the kids are reading now, and what's canonically popular!
The summer reading challenges are HOT, and books are flying off the shelves, but here are 10 recommendations from the Edmond branch of the Metropolitan Library System!
Once you have your series, drop a picture in the comments! We love book recommendations!🐬📚💜

It's Well-Wish Wednesday, and our Pre-K team wanted to share why they choose Angie Debo every single year!
As an entry point into education for burgeoning scholars and their academic journeys, our Pre-K team does ALL THE AMAZING WORK of welcoming students into school and providing a critical foundation for both immediate and long-term success, and they have a cute song and dance for literally everything! 🎤💃🕺
We know how hard transitioning into school can be, but just take it from our Pre-K teachers - Angie Debo is the best little community around! So if you are joining us this fall, or even if you have been with us, please know that YOU are such an important piece of our school, and we're glad you're part of our little family!
Do you have any well-wishes this week? Drop them in the comments below! 🐬💜

🍦🐶I scream, you scream, even dogs scream for ice cream!🐶🍦
What's the best way to handle a case of the Mondays? With a refreshing treat, of course!
Did you know that Braum's offers pup cones for our four-legged friends? Just ask Ms. Rogers's fluffy Frenchies! Gizmo and Rocket were too excited to sit still for a picture, and we can imagine why! Who doesn't love a midday trip to Braum's?!
If you went to snag a refreshing treat with a friend, drop your pic in the comments!
We hope your week is off to a sweet start! 💜🐬🍦

Happy Friday, Dolphins! 🐬
Today's Summer Social Bingo Board asked you to go for a walk with your friends, family, or fur babies! In Mrs. Alexander's case, it was all of the above!
If you haven't gotten your walk in yet, don't worry, you've got all weekend!
Let's see those pics in the comments! 📷🐬

💜Happy Well-Wish Wednesday to all of our Dolphins!💜
This week, our CARE Team wanted to pop in and send you some love! Even if you don't know them personally, Mrs. Daugherty, Mrs. Harmon, and Mrs. Keck are in every single part of the school, all day long, helping students, faculty, and staff stay regulated and productive!
We simply could not function the way that we do without all of their hard work, love, and support! How fitting it is that they all wanted to make sure their well-wishes included some foundational coping strategies!
Send our CARE Team some love in the comments, and always know that all of our faculty and staff here at A.D. love you, and we wish you well! 💜🐬

📱📚How about another twofer to start your week off right?! 📚📱
BOTH the Social and Library BINGO Boards need you to find FIVE jokes and share them with a friend or family member! Check out the jokes that our teachers found on Epic!
Drop your favorite joke in the comments! Nothing beats a dreary Monday like a good laugh! 😂🐬

💜 It's FRIDAY, and although we can't do the Friday Dance together, we CAN reminisce on our favorite memories of the '23-'24 school year!
For today's BINGO square, we've chosen 10 of our favorite images from the school year - from our first-ever recorded, just-for-fun, back-to-school faculty and staff picture 📷 to Dolphins loving, celebrating, and including other Dolphins 🐬 to our 5th Grade End of the Year Clap Out👏 (and so many other fun things in between)!
It was a great year, but we want to know your favorite memories, too! Mention us with your favorite photos or memories from the year; we can't wait to see them! 💜

💜🐬Happy Well-Wish Wednesday, Dolphins!
Did you know that during Kindness Week our counselors facilitated the creation and maintenance of an affirmation board at the front of our school? Students and teachers were able to leave well-wishes for passersby - a perfect pick-me-up for the whole building!
To extend our Kindness Week practice, every Wednesday throughout the summer will be Well-Wish Wednesday, where you'll get a well-wish from a member of our Dolphin family and you'll have the opportunity to reciprocate in the comments!
On behalf of all of our Dolphin faculty and staff members, we hope your summer is off to a great start! We love you and wish you well, and we can't wait to see you back in August! 🐬💜

🐬🌞📚Today's BINGO post is a twofer, which means you can mark it off on your Social AND Library BINGO Boards - go get a Metropolitan Library card! If you already have one, borrow an ebook through Hoopla, EPIC, or Capstone Interactive!
Mrs. Martin went and got her Metropolitan Library card; let's see yours!
Drop your photos in the comments! 📚🌞🐬

Stay reading and keep connected! We love you! 🐬💜

✍️🐬💜Last Friday, State Senator, Adam Pugh stopped by Angie Debo to announce the winners of his second annual EPS Essay and Art Contest!
Students in Writing Club submitted essays about Oklahoma's state animals and Oklahoma adventures, and we were elated (X6) to see our Dolphins recognized for their exceptional work as burgeoning authors! It's worth mentioning that among our winners, we had a winning sibling duo, some of the longest essays submitted, and THE ONLY essay submitted that included Spanish and English!
On top of Skyzone passes and a pair of socks (admittedly Senator Pugh's favorite thing about Skyzone), the students will have their work displayed at the Capitol!
Drop a congratulations to our winners and a big thank you to Senator Pugh in the comments! 💜🐬✍️

Looking for ways to stay sharp this summer? Check out what our teachers are offering! 🐬💜

💜🐬What a great (and busy) last Dolphin Splash of the year!
While we got to recognize students for a myriad of reasons, our big award ceremony this morning was for our Dynamic Dolphins who were singled out as being school leaders!
JFK once said that "leadership and learning are indispensable to each other," and as we wind down on another school year, we love being able to highlight learners in our building that use their strengths to make our school, city, state, and larger global community a better place!
Keep doing great things, Dolphins! You're changing the world! 🐬💜

Our hearts, bellies, and hands are full after the most perfect Teacher Appreciation Week!
From handmade cards and crafts to gift certificates and treats, we were showered in love, kindness, and appreciation from all around!
A very special shoutout to:
💜our Angie Debo PTO for treating us EVERY SINGLE DAY! (Want to join? Check them out here: https://www.facebook.com/addolphins )
☕our new May Avenue neighbors, 7 Brew, for the donated drinks! (Everyone knows teachers run on caffeinated beverages!)
🏥Oklahoma ER and Hospital for all of the goodies! (You all are literally life-savers, and you do so much for us individually and collectively. We can't thank you enough!)
🧼Magnolia Soap and Bath Co. for the fragrant bag of samples (If you want some top-tier smells, check them out!
There is absolutely nothing that beats being an Angie Debo Dolphin, and we're so glad to call this community ours!🐬
